Charges ::
All projects require a 50% non refundable deposit before any work can commence. Once your deposit is received muse behind Pink Sunflower Designs will begin working on your project as defined and outlined. It is very essential that you provide me with your ideas and how you want your site to look. Once your project is done, the final payment is expected before the project is turned over to you.

If you do not pay your final balance in full, then Pink Sunflower Designs reserves the right to put up your project (IE:: banner designs, template designs, custom graphics) up for sale. In event this occurs, your project that is up for sale will be on a first come first serve basis.

Copyright Information ::
Pink Sunflower Designs  reserves the right to add a thumbnail image of your finished site design to the portfolio. Pink Sunflower Designs also reserves the right not to add a thumbnail image of your finished site design to the portfolio.

Pink Sunflower Designs reserves the right to add a small link on your finished website stating "Website Designed by PSD" or "Website Designed by Pink Sunflower Designs". This link from your completed website to Pink Sunflower Designs' website is not to be removed. If a written request to remove this link is submitted, there is a $100.00 charge to do so and Pink Sunflower Designs reserves the right to not add a return link to your site from within the Portfolio.

If Pink Sunflower Designs is requested to redesign/modify any portions of the website once the design has been approved and published live, the client shall pay any extra fees as defined and agreed upon at Pink Sunflower Designs.

Licensing Information ::
Pink Sunflower Designs retains all copyright privileges on images and designs. You, the client, own the copyright to your web site content. Designs made using an outside source for images are subject to copyright laws by that particular artist and they retain all copyright to the images.

To purchase a license or graphically designed image from Pink Sunflower Designs, there is a $150.00 fee for this. Purchasing the License will allow you to own full rights to the graphics/images created solely by Pink Sunflower Designs. You will receive a digital certification via email.

None of the graphics or images created by Pink Sunflower Designs is allowed to be redistributed or sold. Should you decide to sell your web site to a third party in the future, it'd be highly recommended to get a license first to ensure that you're covered.

Termination of Services ::
At any time should you need to terminate our services this needs to be done in writing and no refunds will be issued.
